Listening Live Instructions

We're experimenting with different options for doing a "live" show.

Right now we're using SkypeCasting because it is cheap (free) and works well.  The only drawback is that if you're listening you have to have Skype installed on your machine.  Skype is a great program and we're sure you won't mind.  So here are the step by step instructions for listening to FrankWit Live.  I've added in all the appropriate links you need to make it as simple as possible.

1.    Download and install Skype 3.0 (has skypecasting built in.)

2.    Stay tuned for live show time and date announcements.  I will be putting out a 2 or 3 minute audio announcement a couple of days ahead of time.

3. I will put an updated link HERE and on the front page that says LISTEN LIVE (with next show date and time), you will simply click that when that time and date rolls around.  You will be asked if you would like to make a SkypeOut call, and you will say yes.  REMEMBER: THIS IS COMPLETELY FREE AND YOU WON'T BE CHARGED A THING!

4.    You will now see a window pop-up that will show you who else is listening.  You should be hearing us at that point. Pretty simple stuff.  If you have any trouble send an email: frankwitshow@gmail.com

5. Be patient the show will probably not start right at the time specified, but there will be something for you to listen to so you know you're in the right place.

6. If you would like to chime in during the show send an email (frankwit@gmail.com) or IM (frankwhit) skype name.  If you have a mic make sure it's not too loud and we'll bring you on.  (if the connection is too crappy we'll have to cut you off, but you can always asks questions and contribute by email or text)
